December is wonderful . We have holidays and we celebrate Christmas. But How is Christmas celebrated in other countries?

Story: It’s Christmas Eve and Santa is getting ready to deliver presents to boys and girls all round the world.  Read the story and enjoy!

Christmas around the world. Try a quiz            

     People decorate their houses with christmas trees and other decorations. Shops and cities are full of presents and lights are on in the streets. Everybody gets ready for the celebration. Kids  write letters to the Three Wise Men who bring the presents on 5th January. Some children leave a stocking for Santa Claus or Father Christmas when they go to bed.  Mothers tell their children they have to go to sleep early on that night.

John Lennon, the famous Beatle, composed this  beautiful song “Merry Xmas, the war is over” in 1971, He wanted to protest against the Vietnam war.
