With Rotational Symmetry, the image is rotated (around a central point) so that it appears 2 or more times.

Trabajos de los alumnos de 1º ESO A

La actividad consistía en buscar el recorte de una imagen donde estuviera clara un simetría axial. Lo más fácil es la imagen de una cara.  Había que dibujar la otra parte de forma simétrica respecto al recorte encontrado. Las imágenes resultantes son muy curiosas e incluso inquietantes. Estos trabajos nos demuestran que la simetría axial no es perfecta en un rostro humano.

How to make these artworks:

1. Find an image  of a symmetrical face in a magazine.
2. Cut it in two equal parts and stick one of them on a paper. You can throught the other away.
3. Copy all the lines and shades we could see, symmetricaly, depending on the middle line.
