Jueves, 14 Mayo 2009Tarja Halonen was born in December of 1943 and her president career started in March of 2000. She has a beautiful daughter and handsome husband Pentti Arajärvi. Tarja is very nice and bright person and she likes to live a full life.

Kimi Räikkönen was born in October of 1979 in Espoo. Kimi won the world championship in 2007 and became so famous all over the world. In 2005 Räikkönen won the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Aleksis Kivi was born in 1834 in Nurmijärvi. He wrote many plays, novels and poems. The most well-known novel is Seitsemän veljestä (The Seven Brothers) (1870). Kivi died in 1872 when he was living in his brother’s house.

Jean Sibelius was born in 1865 in Hämeenlinna. Sibelius made many symphonies and other compositions to orchestras. The most famous composition is Finlandia hymn which is our national anthem.

Santa Claus is the legendary and mythical figure who, in many Western cultures, brings gifts to the homes of the good children during the late evening and overnight hours of Christmas Eve, December 24 or on his Feast Day, December 6. Santa lives in Finland, Korvatunturi. And we all believe in Santa Claus of course!!
