Ezogelin Soup
This is a very typical Turkish soup. Did you know that Turkish people were used to drink soup in breakfast? You need; Onion, butter, water, flour, tomato paste ,rice, red lentil, salt, red pepper, peppermint.

Keşkek is a special name of a traditional wedding dish. It is mostly made in Central Anatolia and Agean region of Turkey. Weddings in these places last a few days and during this time, various dishes are served in front of bride’s or groom’s home. The wedding traditions may differ in regions but food serving is a fixed part of the tradition.

Kısır is a traditional Turkish dish made from bulgur patties, parsley, and tomato paste. The main ingredient is bulgur, a cereal food generally made from wheat.
Manti
It’s a quite traditional dish around Kayseri. Small pieces of dough are boiled and yoghurt with garlic is poured on them.This dish is served with tomato paste sauce on it.It’s very delicious. . It is commonly served as a one-dish meal
Künefe

It’s a very traditional dessert around the southern of Turkey, especially Haty. It is also very popular. Ingredients: Dry dough, butter, cheese without salt and pistachio nut

The English word ‘coffee’ is derived from the Turkish word ‘kahve’. In Turkey the public coffeehouse is also called ‘kahve’ or in old way; ‘kahvehane’ and it continues to be the meeting place of the traditionalist throughout the Eastern Mediterranean.
