During this school year we were working with music (and enjoying it!) in the frame of the Comenius Project. The pupils at La Fresneda school attended several concerts,opera and theatre performances.
Our school dedicated some of our celebrations and works to music. The partner schools’ pupils in the Comenius project sent popular Christmas songs to our school and so we did. Our pupils listened to them and sang one in our Christmas Festival.
Our Carnival was a big parade were different styles of music were shown:you could see (and listen to) “la tuna”, a village band, an opera choir or remember a musical as famous as “West Side Story”.
Recicling workshops were dedicated to music too and musical instruments built.
Our partner schools also carried out interesting activities devoted to music and we can now show you the secon issue of our magazine “Cool Schools”.
