This recipe mixes the delicate flavour of hake with sweet cider to produce a delicious Asturian fish dish  
Time preparation: 40 minutes

·        1/4 kg  clams
·        the yolk of 1 hard-boiled egg
·        ½  lemon
·        1 large onion
