			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><em>Cambridge English: First</em>, commonly known as <em>First Certificate in</em> <em>English</em> (FCE) is an exam for people who need to prove they can use everyday written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level for work or study purposes.</p>
<p align="justify">The <em>Cambridge English: First</em> exam uses real-life situations that are especially designed to help you communicate more effectively and learn the language skills you need. It is set at Level B2 of the <a href="http://www.cambridgeesol.org/cefr">Common European Framework of Reference for Languages</a>.  It is a truly international exam, recognised by thousands of educational, industrial and administrative institutions as a qualification in upper-intermediate English.</p>
